Personalized "Welcome" Bar Now Greets Return Visitors

In the event you have not "signed in as a visitor" to your website, a recent upgrade has added.

Once a visitor has logged into your site, a personalized tag/dashboard appears at the top of each page welcoming them back to your site. It then appears on each page they visit for easy access to anything they may want to do within their account.

E-Commercial Has Been Updated

The e-commercial has been updated providing a leaner, meaner presentation. If you have not used this tool before, now might be a great time to check it out. It is a great format to use when sending a new listing to your clients.

When you have created an e-commercial , it then provides you a URL address that you can paste into an email and send to a client...ie "Click on the link below to view a property you may be interested in" or whatever...and then paste the link.

The above is an example. You have control of the background image and the color of the commercial. [Note: this tool is branded to Windermere only.]

SnapViewer Has Been Updated

For those who have SnapViewers embedded into your website there is great news! It has been upgraded.

It looks the same...it works the same...but behind the scenes, it has been reprogramed to operate more efficiently. On some sites, depending upon how it had been embedded into the page, it would occasionally not update correctly. That has now been fixed and you will find a product that functions as it was so designed.

Also, from a designer's perspective, we have greater control as to how we can place it into a page, so that makes us happier too :~).

However, *this is important*, to activate your SnapViwer into the new venue, you will need to go in and "edit" your existing SnapViewer to do so. What does this mean? Just go into your SnapViewer module, go to existing SnapViewer, change out a listing number (or not), set the color that you want, and then click the "Build SnapViewer" button. This sets the new format in place. Again, it won't look any different on the front of your web page, but behind the scenes, it will have generated leaner, meaner code...and a more responsive tool.
